Which areas do you service?

We service all areas of South Australia, including metropolitan and outer Adelaide, the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and beyond.

Does the hire price include delivery and removal?

No. Delivery and removal is an additional fee and varies depending on event location, access to location, items and quantities hired and when items need to be delivered/removed. Once we have received details of your event, we will contact you with a quote for delivery and removal.

Can we pick up our hired items from you?

This may be possible depending on the items. We do not allow pick up of furniture items.

Can you set up hired items at my event location?

Yes. This can be arranged for an additional fee and this will vary depending on what’s involved. Please let us know when making your booking.

How long is the hire period?

The standard hire fee covers a single day hire. As a general rule, we allow for delivery the day before and removal the day after your event, subject to availability of items. If you require items for a longer period of time or require delivery/removal outside of these timeframes, please let us know.

What times do you deliver/remove?

Our standard delivery and removal times are Monday-Sunday 8am-5pm. If you or the venue require delivery or removal at a particular time, we will try our best to accommodate. If you or the venue require delivery or removal outside of our standard times, please let us know as soon as possible. A higher delivery/removal fee may apply.

Do you sell your items?

No, the items on our website are available for hire only. However, if you would like to purchase anything, we can certainly look into sourcing an item for you.

How do I request a quote?

Request a quote via the quote request function on our website, send us an email – info@lilyandbramwell.com.au or call us on 0411 758 901. For an accurate quote, please provide us with details of items requested and quantities, event date, event location, whether or not you require us to set up and delivery/removal details.

Do you have a minimum order?

No.

How do I secure booking?

To secure a booking, we require payment of a 25% deposit. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

What happens if I damage or lose an item?

As the hirer, you are responsible for items at all times between delivery/pick up and removal/return. Items must be stored undercover and out of any possible rain prior to and following your event. If an item becomes damaged or goes missing during this time, you will be responsible for the repair, cleaning or replacement cost.

Do I need to wash tableware?

All tableware items, including glasses, tea cup trios, plates, cutlery, cake stands, bowls, tea pots, dessertware and drink dispensers are thoroughly cleaned prior to hire. We do request, however, that you rinse off any food or drink residue from tableware.

What happens to my deposit if I need to cancel or change the date of my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to change the date of your booking, however, your deposit will be used as a credit toward your new booking. Please note that all items requested for your initial date may not be available on the new date.

I want to hire a particular item that you don’t keep. Can you get it in for me?

Please ask! As our inventory is constantly being updated and there is a chance that the item you’re after is already on its way. If not, we can always look into stocking it.

Do I need to wash tableware?
